These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blomsterstudion.
Blomsterstudion provides floral design services including but not limited to custom bouquets, event installations, weekly subscriptions, and workshops. All services are subject to availability and seasonal constraints.
Service descriptions on our website are provided for general information purposes. Final deliverables may vary based on seasonal availability and design consultations.
All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown are starting points; final costs are confirmed through individual quotations following consultation.
Orders are confirmed once we have provided a written quote and received your acceptance. Payment terms will be specified in your quote.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment is required as specified in your individual quote. We accept payment via bank transfer and approved payment processors.
For event services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your service agreement.
Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the custom nature of our work, cancellation policies vary by service type:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations more than 30 days before the event: full refund minus deposit. Cancellations 15-30 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations within 15 days: no refund.
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time with one week's notice. No refunds for the current week's delivery if already in production.
Cancellations more than 7 days before the workshop: full refund. Cancellations within 7 days: no refund, but you may transfer your spot to another person.
Delivery is available within Stockholm and surrounding areas. Delivery fees and timing are specified during the order process.
We make every effort to deliver within the specified time window, but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control such as traffic and weather conditions.
Someone must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, we will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe location or return them to the studio. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.
We guarantee that all arrangements are created using fresh, high-quality flowers selected the day of production. However, flowers are natural products and some variation in appearance and longevity is normal.
Care instructions will be provided with each delivery. Proper care is essential for maximizing the lifespan of your arrangement.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blomsterstudion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care, extreme temperatures during delivery, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Blomsterstudion and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
Images of arrangements we create remain our intellectual property. Clients may share images for personal use but not for commercial purposes without permission.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
