Delivery Coverage

We deliver throughout Stockholm and surrounding areas. Same-day delivery available for orders placed before noon, subject to designer availability and route scheduling.

For deliveries outside Stockholm, please inquire about timing and additional costs.

Planning Your Visit

While walk-ins are welcome during studio hours, we recommend scheduling an appointment for consultations. This ensures a designer is available to discuss your project in detail and show you current seasonal selections.

During your visit, you'll see our working studio, meet the team, and experience the full range of blooms available. Consultations typically last 30-45 minutes.

Street parking is limited. We recommend using nearby public transit: the Gamla Stan metro station is a five-minute walk.

Common Questions

Do you accept last-minute orders?

We try to accommodate rush requests when possible, but availability depends on current workload and flower inventory. Contact us directly to discuss urgent needs.

Can I request specific flowers?

Absolutely. While we encourage clients to focus on feeling and atmosphere rather than specific varieties, we're happy to work with requested blooms when they're seasonally available and align with the overall design.

How far in advance should I book event services?

For weddings and large installations, we recommend reaching out at least three months ahead. Smaller events can often be accommodated with four to six weeks' notice.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns. However, if you're unsatisfied with your arrangement, please contact us immediately. We stand behind our work and will find an appropriate solution.

Are your flowers organic?

We prioritize locally grown blooms from growers who use sustainable practices. While not all flowers are certified organic, we avoid suppliers who rely heavily on pesticides and chemical treatments.
